Shipping and returns

Packages are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Particular care is taken with packages containing fragile products.

If you wish to return your product, please contact us via the contact form BEFORE sending it back. The return address will then be communicated to you with a return number.
